I can't find my size?

We do not advertise all sizes on our website. The sizes you see on our website are what we have in stock at our offices and are available for shipping the same working day. However we are able to source all sizes and products that are made by both Marie Jo and PrimaDonna, should they be in stock and available. Therefore, if you can not see the size or product you would like on our website, do not hesitate to get in contact as we will be able to check for you if it is in stock with our supplier and order it in for you. 

Can I return an item?

Yes. Goods can be returned if they are not suitable or you do not like them so long as they are returned within 14 days complete with product tags attached. Please ensure you send the invoice with a note stating whether you want the goods exchanged or refunded. See our Returns and Refunds page for more information.

I am unsure if my order/payment has gone through?

When placing an order online with Je Te Veux, you should recieve a confirmation email. If you have not recieved this, then please contact us via phone or email and we can check for you.

I am unsure what size to order?
