Returns and Refunds
Je Te Veux offer you a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased we will exchange them, offer you a store credit or give you a full refund for returns received within 14 days. This does not affect you statutory rights.
The product tags must still be attached for a refund, exchange or store credit to be issued.
Unfortunately we can not offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons all items with a gusset should be tried on over your underwear.
Please note hosiery (i.e. tights, stocking etc…) can not be returned for a refund if the package has been opened.
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we he delivered an incorrect quantity, please return the product to us. Once we have confirmed the product defect or other problem, we will:
- Provide a full refund for any product that is not what you ordered;
- Provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale; or
- At your option, repair or replace the goods at our cost (including the cost of postage) unless this would not be possible or would be disproportionally costly in the circumstances in which case we will refund to you the amount of paid for the goods in question.

Any items purchased that are advertised as on sale can not be returned for a refund – they can however be exchanged or store credit issued.
If you do not have the delivery note please return goods please return them to the address below with the following information:
- Full Name
- Invoice/Order Number
- Reason For Return
- Please state whether you would like a refund or replacement
We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items that you return and ensuring the items are insured for the full value. Royal Mail special delivery is the recommended method.

VAT & TAXES
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Please note that with all international orders we can not be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive your package.
Due to fluctuations in £/Euro exchange rate we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
