Shipping & Delivery - UK mainland

 

We process your order directly after placement, and hand it over to the Royal Mail afterwards.  We either have the product in stock in Cheshire, or need to order it from the warehouse in Belgium.  Delivery days are Monday to Friday via the Royal mail, and we will send you tracking details via your email. Shipping times in the UK are 5 - 7 working days.  We will contact you if any items are out of stock in the UK and Belgium.

STANDARD DELIVERY DAYS FROM ORDER £4.50.  IF ORDER £100 OR MORE THEN SHIPPING IS FREE

SHIPPED VIA THE ROYAL MAIL.  IF ITEMS RETURNED AND THE £100 NOT ACHIEVED IN UK THEN £4.50 WILL BE CHARGED.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

We are not in control of all elements of the shipping.  We send via the Royal mail.  At pressent we are finding that delivery to Europe and USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are relatively quick through an air postal service, but customs delays can occur.  We would suggest to allow 15 working days.
